STUDIO83

Hello,

I would like to introduce you to the new brand spanking new edition of Studio83.  I am almost proud of this, but there are parts I don't like (especially how the comments look, but time is not on my side to rework them).

The key point of this redesign is to: facilitate the future growth of the site — we have ideas of where we want to go in the future, which will involve each and everyone and hence the 'temporary' (we might change it in the future) tag-line:

Creative Unity.

Alas, to explain what is new:

1. Images, video clips are now at most 600px wide;
2. that top 'gray' box will require your help: we want to showcase your work, you may submit anything you create: only limitation is it has to be at most 600px wide;
3. The background is white: it will change as we go forward in the future;
4. A few name changes: blog to 'journal' (we want to shift the focus to informing you on what studio83 is doing, which will seperate from what 'we share' through the news);
5. I am never a fan of the word 'news', so here and there you will notice the phrase 'broadcast' (this will make sense in the future);
6. LOVE: there is now an option to show love (as some might say favourite) to any post: this will also make sense in the future, but we gotta start now.
7. Sharing posts is now limited to Twitter and Facebook (I am still to decide on the 'like' option: if yáll want this let me know): the other spots like digg, stumble and muti didn't make sense.

I think that should do it for now — please, do let me know when something is out of place or not working as expected.
