I think that there are far better designers out there than the ones that bmw currently employs but thats not my place to judge. BMW is making a come back with the 1 Series Coupe [that car is nicely designed] - this is the BMW M6 Concept which im sure BWM can beat but we wait and see Designed by Guillaume Mouton
