So the other day I go to the bank FNB Sandton and sat there for about 45 minutes trying to get hold of my funds. Well that didn’t go well - I was told that I can get hold of them and I was told it I can only get hold of them the next day.
I was pissed off because with online banking it take me two minutes to do what I want - then I went online and tweeted about it - 20 minutes later this guy [RbJacobs] - called me and walked through it. I was sorted out within that moment ... im never ever, ever going to the bank ever again without consulting this ever ... twitter is way powerful than you think.
u mean u not going to the branch? who did u twitter it to (if that is correct)?!
i mean that im gonna go to the branch if its highly necessary and im gonna ask him first before i deal with bank. - i just trended #fnb then he picked it up and LD told me about him
