Our band hails from Cape Town is leaded by the one and only Mr kesivan Naidoo... the baddest drummer SA has ever seen. he has played with the like of Jimmy Dludlu, Feya Faku and Marcus Wyatt just to name a few. He is current playing with Tribe, Restless Natives and Closet Snare, all of whom have been met with acclaim. Babu is a four piece band that fuses the complexity and vibrancy of jazz with the long-standing improvisational practices of Indian classical music, which has had an extensive history of spirituality in music.
Chuck D of Deep Soweto is back to grace us with a solo show. Picking up were Siya Shezi left off, Chuck D, 1/2 of Amadamara is going to light up the stage with new tracks from his forthcoming mixtape.
On the decks we have Mr hypenoid back after a long lay off from the decks. he will be gracing us with some hip hop, soul, downtempo and smooth latin sounds. Jerry, the new kid on the block and the new Resident DJ will be opening up the proceedings with some exclusive sounds. Wireless_g will be closing the show with some abstract soul, broken beat and booty shaking music.
