I never understood why is Janelle Monae signed to Badboy - and how Diddy never interferes with her music and style ... maybe she is part of the bigger plan.
I like Vibe's new look - its clean - so thats cool.

Diddy is a consummate business man. He launched some of the greatest musical entities of our time. That is what A&R is about, recognizing who and what the artist is about and giving them enough swing to flourish (or hang themselves). Me I'm not shocked she's with BadBoy. Diddy's own music on the other hand, I don't want to say much there.
