Happy love day to you all
I'm not a big fan of Valentine's Day to be honest. What do roses have to do with it? What does chocolate have to do with it? What do stuffed animals have to do with it? What's LOVE gotta do with it? Well, LOVE has everything to do with everything. I just don't think it should be boxed into one day. So to me, Valentine's Day is more about gifts and romancing than LOVE itself. Because if you love something, someone, you won't wait for one day to show that appreciation.
I LOVE music as a whole, very much, but I have to say that the LOVE of my life is indeed hip hop. And this song best represents that LOVE. With all these dynamic, influential women in hip hop all together in one track, who wouldn't LOVE this song. And I felt like sharing their LOVE on the day we're all supposed to show LOVE. I for one won't be showing LOVE to anyone but my boy Kabomo and his peeps at Baseline tonight...
