I don't have a problem with collaborations - but I'm totally against two great artist coming together to make an album together - maybe as mixtape it might work but as album, I don't know. Remember Best of Both Worlds? That didn't work out as they both hoped.

sometimes, if the artists do it right, a collaboration can work out nicely
case in point, Random Axe is a nice collabo of 3 dope rappers
Bad meets Evil was a nice collabo with Eminem and Royce (who killed Eminem by the way)
old school, Donny Hathaway and Roberta Flack (not an official collabo but they did almost an entire album together)
whereas, i agree, that Best of Both Worlds was just a bad idea

I haven't heard Royce & Eminem's album - Royce is forever underrated. Donny Hathaway and Roberta Flack I need to get my hands on that one. I see watch the throne album flopping big time ... and im a fan of both artists
