Back in the 80's you would rarely hear the word cancer and HIV/AIDS because in those times they were mostly the minority diseases. As blacks we grew up knowing cancer as a white people's disease - I assume the reason was people who spoke or had it were mostly white. Times have changed since then - I thought there was no cure for cancer but when I saw this, I got confused. Why don't we know about this? Did Steve Jobs know about this?

Now this brings me back to Magic Johnson who was diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in 1991 [that’s about 20 years living with HIV/AIDS], there are rumors that the HIV cure exists out there, but obviously there is no making money in the cure. Have we become that greedy or selfish to a point where we put money before people's lives?
